A £50 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance of £325 due no later than 7 days before the voyage.

We will endeavour to secure your party at your preferred time. However, if your requested time is not available at your chosen location(s), we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative. If we are unable to secure your preferred time, your deposit will be fully refunded

Booking Information

Our Pirates of the Birthdaybean experience is designed to accommodate up to 25 children, ensuring every child can fully take part and enjoy the adventure.

Our venues are carefully selected to comfortably host groups of this size, with space for up to two accompanying adults per child.

If you are planning a party for more than 25 children, or if the total number of attendees is likely to exceed 75 people, please contact us before making a booking so we can discuss the most suitable arrangements. Larger groups may require additional venue space, equipment and staffing, and pricing may vary accordingly.
