Children learn real fencing techniques in a fun, safe, pirate themed environment before putting their new skills to the test through exciting games, treasure hunts, and swashbuckling adventures. Pirates of the Birthdaybbean is far more than a children’s party. It’s a fully immersive pirate adventure where young buccaneers learn safe sword fighting through exciting fencing games, complete daring challenges, hunt for hidden treasure, and become part of an unforgettable story from beginning to end.
This isn’t a “turn up and make it up as we go” party. Every moment has been carefully planned to create an action packed experience that keeps every child engaged from the moment they step aboard until the final pirate battle.
Swear the Pirate Oath
Before the journey begins, every crew member must swear the Pirate Oath. Parents do too. That is part of the deal. Once the oath is spoken, the adventure officially begins and the room transforms into a pirate world where imagination takes over. The aim is simple: give children permission to step fully into the adventure and enjoy every moment without holding back.
Prepare for Laughter, and some chaos!
The atmosphere is energetic, inclusive and carefully managed so every child feels part of the crew. No one is left on the sidelines. Some moments are full of laughter and chaos, while others require teamwork, bravery and a little pirate cunning.
Throughout the voyage the crew must face a series of pirate trials. There are treasure hunts, daring challenges and crew games that build excitement as the story unfolds. Each activity pushes the adventure forward and brings the crew closer together as they work toward their ultimate goal.
Face the Trials
As the tension builds, the voyage reaches its final stage. The crew must prepare for the ultimate pirate battle. This is the grand finale where bravery, teamwork and a little pirate mischief all come together. In the final moments, one young pirate is crowned the Ultimate Party Pirate, earning their place in pirate legend.

The birthday boy or girl plays a special role throughout the adventure. They are Captain Aston’s trusted right hand shipmate, helping lead the crew, call the challenges and guide the voyage. From the first oath to the final cheer, they are at the heart of the story.
This is NOT a Mere Fancy Dress Pirate!
Captain Aston arrives in a professionally crafted pirate outfit that looks the part, not a supermarket costume. The experience is brought to life with music, dramatic lighting, voiceovers, smoke effects and bubbles, all layered together to create an atmosphere that feels exciting, magical and completely immersive.
And it’s Not Just a Party….It’s a Voyage!
The room becomes a ship, the children become pirates, and the story becomes their adventure.

Whats’ included?
Pirates of the Birthdabbean (yes, the double B is intentional, think Caribbean) is an immersive, action packed one and a half hour adventure filled with twists, turns, and just the right amount of chaos.
Young pirates will set sail on a fun filled voyage led by our crew, taking part in exciting games, challenges, and pirate themed activities designed to keep everyone engaged from start to finish.
The adventure is then capped off with a mesmerising 30 minute bubble and lights mini disco, where the little buccaneers can dance off any remaining energy before the voyage comes to an end.
All equipment is provided, and during the adventure one pirate will win the Ultimate Pirate Prize, presented with their very own pirate scroll. Every buccaneer will also leave with a small piece of treasure, ensuring nobody goes home empty handed.
But the best part of all, of course, is the experience. A high energy, laughter filled adventure your young pirates will be talking about long after the party has ended.
Is it Fancy Dress?
Captain Aston will arrive in full pirate gear, ready to lead his crew of young buccaneers on their adventure.
Of course, fancy dress is completely optional, but we do encourage children to add a little pirate flair if they wish. A hat, eye patch, bandana, or any swashbuckling outfit helps bring the adventure to life and makes the experience even more fun.
Parents are very welcome to join in too. If you decide to arrive as your best Jack Sparrow or Angelica, you certainly will not feel out of place. No one will judge you… although one brave parent may find themselves walking the plank.
